We were approached by an insolvency practitioner client to assist in the sale of business which had been reviewed by our client and assessed as not currently requiring an insolvency process, but most likely would in the future. We were instructed by the director to assist in the valuation of the intangible assets of the business to support the directors in an orderly wind down of the company, ultimately ending in a Members Voluntary Liquidation (MVL).
What We Did
We met with the directors to understand their social media strategy business.
Once instructed, we carried out a very carefully targeted marketing campaign, after consultation with the directors. They were involved at every step of the process.
After a thorough assessment, we provided an opinion in relation to the intangible assets of the business to support the directors orderly wind-down of the business, and ultimately tax efficient MVL.
